OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH CYBERMEET WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING OR USING CYBERMEET DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE INCIDENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
